Parallel Journey- Tracing Nolan’s Footsteps featuring artist Linda Gallus

The exhibition draws on the era of Sidney Nolan and his time in the Wimmera from 1942-43, the same time Gallus’ Great Grandfather owned and ran the General Store in Dimboola. Gallus has used his paintings as a reference and starting point for her own interpretation and response to similar or even the exact same places.
